U.S. Customer Shipping Information

We are proud to offer the fastest and most economical shipping in the industry in the most discrete packaging available. 

  • All in-stock orders placed before 11am PST and passed our age and verfication checks your order will be processed and shipped within 24-48 business hours
  • Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding all major US holidays.
  • All orders are subject to age and authorize checking, which may delay the processing of your order. Please check your email for shipment confirmation or a request for additional information.
  • Freeman is not responsible for damage or loss incurred during the transportation process.

Is Shipping Free?

No. It’s not doable due to Costs.

 

How quickly will you ship after I place my order?

In most cases, orders that are placed before 11am PST are processed and shipped within 24-48 business hours. We do our very best to get your order out as soon as possible. However, we can’t always accommodate every order on days we receive a lot of orders. Orders are processed on a first come, first serve basis and we guarantee orders placed before 11am PST will be processed and shipped within 24-48 business hours (excluding weekends).

How Do I know when my order has shipped?

You will receive a tracking email once your order has been shipped. The email will contain a clickable tracking number for you to view the progress of your shipment as well as an estimated delivery date. If you do not receive the shipment notification email within 48 hours of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact customer support for tracking information. 

Why does the tracking say “Electronic Notification” or “Electronic Shipping Info Received” and there’s no tracking information?

The  tracking is primarily a delivery confirmation service. It does not always provide up to date tracking information when your package is in transit. There may be a scan here and there, but it will update when when it reaches your local post office or sorting facility. “Electronic Shipping Info Received” means that your package is with the  in transit, but there is no up to date tracking information available. 

For additional tracking information please visit your invoice and enter the tracking information provided to you in your shipment confirmation email. 

How quickly will I receive my shipment for Domestic Shipping?

Please allow 3 - 7 full business days for your order to arrive  Our shipping is fast and in most cases your order will arrive within 3 days. But we can’t guarantee the speed, so please be aware that it could take up to 7 days to arrive.
