Is it illegal to mail vape?
Using COVID-19, Congress Bans USPS Vape Shipping. Making it the perfect excuse to push even more prohibitions that will do more harm than good.
In the news recently, you might have seen that the "vape mail" restriction was passed as part of the COVID relief spending bill.
We wanted to explain what this means for you and the future of Freeman vape juice.
Until we get a government that stops supporting the MSA over the vaping industry, we don't have a defined end date of this total shut down for vaping businesses.
Bloomberg, big Pharma, big Tobaccos teet are choosing money and greed over proven science.
Not only that, but they are pushing an agenda that will kill millions, causing misinformation and now even worst - taking away harm reduction products off the shelf just because it's killing the Big Tobacco business.
Buried in this massive bill is a provision (see page 5,136) that will ban the United States Postal Service (USPS) from shipping vaping products to adult consumers.
Also, due to careless drafting, we will see the effects of the bill beyond the world of nicotine.
The new rule redefines the term "cigarette" following the Prevent All Cigarette Trafficking Act (PACT Act), which is part of the federal Jenkins Act, to include "electronic nicotine delivery systems."
Despite the addition of the term "nicotine," the description used in the bill is so vast that it seems to include vaping liquids, including CBD plus standalone devices intended for vaping THC or other substances.
By adding vaping products within the PACT Act, manufacturers and retailers will be banned from mailing vaping products to adult consumers using the USPS within the next 35 days.
All orders of vaping products will be required to ship using an alternative, a considerably more expensive service that verifies the recipient of a package is at least 21 years old.
Many of these alternatives have publicly stated that they will stop working with vaping companies to deliver the product to your doorway.
In a country where we fought for our Freedom, banning products that have the science to back them up should be illegal. Not the other way around. What do you think?
